Vinyasa

Mondays 5:30 pm AND Saturdays 8:00 am (new time!) Riverdog Yoga, Old Saybrook, CT

Sundays 8:30 am (new class!) Essex Pilates, Essex, CT

Movement linked together with breath in a flowing practice that includes deep postures and long holds.  Increases strength and stamina, releases toxins, and calms the mind. Each class concludes with deep relaxation and meditation for an effect that is both energizing and soothing.

Essential Yoga

Tuesdays 7:00 pm Riverdog Yoga, Old Saybrook, CT

This class has been called “the secret weapon” because it deepens your connection to your spirit, your physical strength, and your peace of mind.  Whether you are a beginning student or have been practicing for years, the next phase of your yogic journey starts here.  Optimize and refine your alignment, strengthen your core, and harness the power of your breath.

Nourishing Yoga

Wednesdays 4:30 pm Riverdog Yoga, Old Saybrook, CT

Be in yourself.  Notice the support for your well-being already present in your life and learn how to lean into that support, how to let it help you flourish.  Celebrate the blooming of your heart’s dreams and desires.  Nurture yourself through this physical practice designed to encourage self-exploration.

Hatha Yoga

Thursdays 10:00 am Saybrook Point Inn & Spa, Saybrook Point, CT

A mixed-level yoga class that includes breath work, asana practice, and meditation. With focus on proper alignment, fluidity of movement, and increasing spinal mobility, this class improves physical functionality for all pursuits.
