About

New reports on the importance of being in Nature for optimal health are now published regularly.

Many, including this one from the New York Times, indicate the need for 120-minutes per week. Our immersions help you fulfill that goal. They also maximize the impact of your time outside with specific techniques that help you get the most out of what nature has to offer.

These immersions are distinct from our usual ways of being in nature (when we might be distracted, talking to a friend, solving a problem in our heads, walking the dog, or trying to get somewhere/otherwise moving quickly).

Inspired by the Japanese technique of Shinrin-Yoku, centuries of mediation traditions, and my own unplugged retreats, Nature Immersions can ease anxiety, insomnia, malaise, adrenal fatigue, high blood pressure, stress, and much more.

The art of forest bathing is the art of connecting with nature through our senses. All we have to do is accept the invitation.
